Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit mrf.engineering or send us a request through the site. It is short because the site itself collects very little.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your data is MRF-Engineering LLC (ТОВ «МРФ-ІНЖИНІРИНГ», EDRPOU 37844320), 54025 Mykolaiv, Ukraine, with its engineering office in Lviv — info@mrf.engineering. If you contract with us inside the EU, the controller is LAVEND sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000981347), ul. Teodora Lubomirskiego 70, 36-040 Boguchwała, Poland. Contracts with clients in the United States are signed by MRF Engineering Inc. (Delaware, File No. 4251283); for those contracts it is the controller of the data needed to perform them. EU contact point

For data questions from the EU/EEA you may write to LAVEND sp. z o.o., ul. Teodora Lubomirskiego 70, 36-040 Boguchwała, Poland, which acts as our contact point in the Union.

2. What we collect

• What you send us in a form — your name, company, email address, phone number, the text of your message and any file you attach, plus the page you sent it from and the interface language. If you came to the site from an advertisement, the campaign identifier in that link (gclid, utm) is saved with your request so we know which advert brought it — no cookie is set for this.
• Technical data from your browser — IP address, date and time, the address requested, browser and operating system. This is what every web server records automatically; it stays in our hosting provider's log files.

That is all. The site runs no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no tracking of any kind, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or a proposal — the steps you asked us to take before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the site running and protect it from spam and abuse — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To meet accounting and other legal obligations where they apply (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We never sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Where your request goes

A submitted form is turned into an email and delivered to our own mailbox at our hosting provider. Vending and robot-cell enquiries go to separate internal mailboxes of ours. Right after sending, you receive an automatic confirmation from forms@mrf.engineering. Nothing from the form is written into a database on the website, and the site has no customer account system.

5. Who else is involved

Only our hosting provider (servers in Ukraine), which runs the web server and the mailboxes on our behalf under a contract and therefore technically has access to the log files and the email.

Nobody else. The pages load no third-party content — no external fonts, maps, videos, share buttons or content networks. Everything this site needs comes from this site, so opening a page does not announce your visit to anyone. In particular, no Google Fonts are loaded from Google servers — the Archivo typeface comes from our own server.

6. Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies. It keeps exactly one item in your browser's local storage — the language you chose for the interface. That value never leaves your device and you can delete it at any time by clearing site data in your browser. Because we use no tracking or advertising cookies, there is no consent banner to click.

7. How long we keep it

• Correspondence about your enquiry stays in our mailbox for as long as the enquiry is live and afterwards for our business records — normally up to three years — and is then deleted.
• Web-server log files are rotated by the hosting provider within about 30 days.
• The anti-spam counter stores only a hashed, non-reversible form of your IP address and expires within the hour.

8. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

We are located in Ukraine and your data is processed there. When you contact us from the EU or EEA, that transfer takes place because you chose to write to us and because it is necessary for the pre-contractual steps you requested (Art. 49(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

9. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Write to info@mrf.engineering and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in the EU/EEA, the data protection authority of your country; in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

10. Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

11. Changes

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date above.
