ДОГОВІР І РАХУНОК

Звичайний європейський рахунок

Договір і рахунок від нашої польської компанії LAVEND sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000981347): оплата в євро на банк у ЄС, рахунок з ПДВ або reverse charge. Клієнти зі США укладають договір із MRF Engineering Inc., Делавер. Інженерну роботу виконує ТОВ «МРФ-ІНЖИНІРИНГ» в Україні.
Жодних переказів в Україну, жодної валютної екзотики — ваш бухгалтер отримує звичайний європейський рахунок.
NDA & IP

Ваші креслення лишаються вашими

Взаємний NDA до того, як ви щось надішлете — на запит, повертаємо підписаним того ж дня. Усе, що ми креслимо, стає вашим після оплати рахунку, а працювати можемо повністю у ваших системах — VPN, PDM чи Vault, — тож жоден файл не покидає вашу інфраструктуру.

Що нас питають

А якщо інженер піде?

На кожну задачу є другий інженер у курсі, а вся робота живе у ваших системах або в репозиторії проєкту, який ми передаємо. Зміна людини не зупиняє роботу і не губить історію.

Кому належить інтелектуальна власність?

Вам — моделі, креслення, вихідні коди прошивки, дані випробувань — з моменту оплати рахунку. Ми не зберігаємо копій і ніколи не використовуємо вашу роботу як референс.

Чи можете працювати в нашому PDM?

Так. Дайте нам доступи до вашого VPN, PDM чи Vault — і файли ніколи не покинуть вашу інфраструктуру. Працюємо також за вашими шаблонами документів і нумерацією.

У якій валюті і з якої країни рахунок?

У євро, від LAVEND sp. z o.o. у Польщі, з ПДВ або reverse charge. Клієнти зі США укладають договір із MRF Engineering Inc. у Делавері.

Чи приїжджаєте ви на майданчик?

Ні. Працюємо повністю віддалено — проєктування, документація, електроніка і ПЗ. Монтаж і запуск на вашому майданчику виконує ваша команда або локальний партнер з нашим віддаленим супроводом.

Three ways to work together

Dedicated engineer
An engineer who works only on your tasks, in your tools, by your priorities. Fixed monthly scope, weekly written report.
Time & material
Actual hours on a task, a written report every week. The right shape for a backlog that changes.
Fixed price per package
A drawing set, a technical file, a calculation or a risk assessment — one price agreed in writing before we start.
Hourly or fixed-price — written quote within 1 business day.
CONTRACTING & INVOICING

An ordinary European invoice

Contract and invoice from our Polish company LAVEND sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000981347): payment in euros to a bank in the EU, VAT invoice or reverse charge. US clients contract with MRF Engineering Inc., Delaware. The engineering is done by MRF-Engineering LLC in Ukraine.
No transfers to Ukraine, no currency exotica — your accountant gets an ordinary European invoice.
NDA & IP

Your drawings stay yours

Mutual NDA before you send anything — on request, returned signed the same day. Everything we draw is yours once the invoice is paid, and we can work entirely inside your VPN, PDM or Vault, so no file leaves your infrastructure.

Questions we get asked

What if the engineer leaves?

Every task has a second engineer briefed on it, and all work lives in your systems or in a project repository we hand over. A change of person does not stop the work or lose the history.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do — models, drawings, firmware sources, test data — from the moment the invoice is paid. We keep no copies and we never use your work as a reference.

Can you work inside our PDM?

Yes. Give us accounts in your VPN, PDM or Vault, and the files never leave your infrastructure. We also work from your document templates and numbering.

In what currency and from which country is the invoice?

In euros, from LAVEND sp. z o.o. in Poland, with a VAT invoice or reverse charge. US clients contract with MRF Engineering Inc. in Delaware.

Do you travel to our site?

No. We work fully remotely — design, documentation, electronics and software. Installation and commissioning on your site is done by your team or a local partner, with our remote support.
